STUDIO E CREAZIONE ACCESSORI D’ARREDAMENTO IN METALLO

Metalcrea combines the mechanical experience with an in-depth knowledge of the materials to satisfy all customer requests for decors. We use metal, stainless steel, brass, copper, but also wood and leather. We carry out customized searches for specific applications.

Aluminium

The Aluminium is a widely known metal used in the building, indoor and outdoor furniture fields because of its great processing properties as well as the wide range of possible surface finishing and colouring. Our company uses only the 6060 series Aluminium alloy that ensures the best aesthetic and quality result during the Anodizing phase
There are mainly 4 types of finishing operations that we can perform on all products:

  • Polishing: to give the surface a bright, polished aspect; the product is perfectely cleanable
  • Satin finish: to give the surface a glazed, almost velvety aspect
  • Sandblasting: to give the surface an “antique” and at the same time modern aspect; in particular, on glossy colours it creates charming "nuances"
  • Brush Scratching : a "random" finishing so that every item becomes unique

The colouring process is mainly performed by:

  • Anodizing: commonly used for aluminium to protect it from corrision and to transform its surface.
  • Manual application of resin: the surface becomes “vitreous” and glossy; it’s possible to mix Glitter of different colours with the resin.
  • Application with airbrush of resin: for brush scratched or glazed profiles; it’s possible to customize the colours according to the colour of ceramic tiles.

Brass

The Brass is a metallic alloy made of copper and zinc, widely used in the building and in the realization of sanitary components as it is antibacterial and resists both abrasion and corrosion.
There are mainly 3 types of finishing operations that we can perform on all products:

  • Polishing: to give the surface a bright, polished aspect; the product is perfectly cleanable
  • Satin finish: to give the surface a glazed, almost velvety aspect

Stainless (Inox) Steel

The Stainless Steel (inox steel) is a steel alloy with a low percentage of carbon and a minimum of 10% of chromium. It resists corrosion, it is rustproof and unoxidizable. Our company uses mainly the 304 alloy and the 316 alloy, this limited to heavy uses such as the interior of a swimming pool.
